Eligibility Requirements

To use o79's services, players must meet the following conditions—

• You must be 21 years of age or older. Players under 21 will not be permitted to access or play under any circumstances.
• You must be a genuine player representing yourself; playing on behalf of a third party is not permitted.
• You must not be accessing the site from a region or country where betting is prohibited.

Account Registration and Management

2.1 — One Account Policy

Each player may only open one account at o79. If duplicate accounts are found — including accounts opened by members of the same household or from the same IP address — o79 may suspend all of them.

2.2 — Accurate Information

When registering, you must provide accurate name, contact, and payment information. If o79 finds that false information has been submitted, o79 may suspend the account and forfeit any remaining balance.

2.3 — Password Protection

Players must keep their account password confidential and must not share it with any third party. If unauthorized access or an attack occurs without the player's disclosure, the player is not responsible — but must notify o79 immediately.

In situations where o79 has reason to believe it is justified (e.g. suspected financial fraud), o79 may close, suspend, or terminate an account without prior notice.

Deposit Policy

o79 supports KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay, and bank transfer for deposits. The following policies apply to all deposits—

• Minimum deposit amount — 5,000 Ks
• Deposits are only accepted from payment methods owned by the player; third-party deposits are not allowed.
• When making a deposit, you must enter the correct amount and reference number; o79 is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information.
• Players' payment information is protected with SSL encryption.

Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawals can be made via KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay, and bank transfer. Withdrawals must use the same method the player used to deposit (and must not exceed the deposited amount).

• Minimum withdrawal amount — 30,000 Ks
• Withdrawals are normally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours
• Unsatisfactory data verification may cause longer processing times
• Bonus amounts can only be withdrawn after the required wagering requirement has been met — see Section 5 for the full policy
• The withdrawal amount requested must be related to gameplay; o79 may review withdrawals made immediately after depositing without any play

Bonus and Promotion Policy

5.1 — Welcome Bonus

First-time depositing players at o79 will receive a 100% bonus on their deposit amount (up to a maximum of 200,000 Ks).

5.2 — Wagering Requirement

To withdraw funds received from a bonus, you must wager 15 times the bonus amount. Note that only the bonus amount (not the deposit + bonus combined) is multiplied by 15.

5.3 — General Promotions

• The specific terms and conditions for each bonus will be stated in the promotion offer
• Bonuses can only be used for gameplay; they cannot be exchanged for cash
• o79 may change or cancel any promotion with or without prior notice
• If o79 suspects bonus abuse, o79 may cancel the bonus

Game Rules

• The maximum and minimum bet limits for each game will be displayed within the game

Player Conduct

• Using computer-assisted software (bots) to play
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage (Exploiting Bugs)
• Using the platform as a channel for financial crimes (Money Laundering)
• Letting others play on your account
• Using inappropriate language or behaviour toward Live Dealer staff or support staff

If o79 detects any of the violations listed above, the account will be immediately suspended and the remaining balance may be forfeited.

Security and Legitimacy
